All Orders shall be eligible for Free Delivery within India (select pin codes and billing values/sub-total orders value after discount). Orders received before 12:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) generally ship out the same business day. Orders received post that are shipped the next business day.

To cancel your order, send us an email to info@sridhanavarahibeedam.com with your order details and we will cancel it promptly.

Domestic Shipping
For shipping to destinations within India, we work with our partner couriers for express shipping and EMS Speed Post & Air Mail by India Post with a slightly longer delivery timeline but a better price point.

Important Notice :
Orders placed on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as the holiday period, there can be processing and shipping delays.The orders received cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders that require engraving or any customization will need additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

The customer can cancel the order if he/she wishes to. However, the order can not be canceled once the order has been shipped. If, for any other reasons, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please mail us at info@sridhanavarahibeedam.com
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
• The item may get damaged during transit
• or the wrong product may be delivered to you

Only in the cases given above, we will replace the product at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the fixed time. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is dispatched, except for the reasons given above.
